Bed & Breakfast Rates 2009/2010

Our yearly rates vary between season:

£80 - £100 per room per night
for a Family Room

£30 - £45 per person per night
based on 2 people sharing

£35 - £50 per person per night
based on single occupancy

For the safety and comfort of other guests the house is non-smoking.
No pets are allowed.

The following methods of payment are accepted:

• Cash
• UK personal checks (with bank card)
• Credit/Debit

Check in/out times:

• Check-in time is normally between 3 - 6pm
• Check-out time is 10:30am

Deposits:

• Credit/debit card details are taken to secure the booking or alternatively a cheque for one nights stay is acceptable by way of deposit.
• Confirmation is sent via e-mail or by letter if you do not have an e-mail address.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the due arrival date.
• If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the due arrival date the credit/debit card will be charged the cost of one nights stay unless the room can be re-let.
