Our yearly rates vary between season:

£30 - £40 per person per night
based on 2 people sharing

£35 - £45 per person per night

For the safety and comfort of other guests the house is non-smoking.

No pets are allowed.
The following methods of payment are accepted:
  • Cash
  • UK personal checks (with bank card)
  • Credit/Debit
Check in/out times:
  • Check-in time is normally between 3 - 6pm
  • Check-out time is 10:30am
Deposits:
  • Confirmation and a deposit of one nights stay is required within 7 days of making the reservation.
  • Deposits will be refunded if you cancel at least
    7 days prior to stay, or if the room is re-booked.
