We serve breakfast between 8:00 and 9:00 in the spacious bay-windowed dining room overlooking the garden. On colder days linger over another cup of coffee while enjoying the warmth of the open coal-effect gas fire in the Victorian fireplace.
With a focus on choice and quality, we provide for a wide range of tastes and appetites. You can help yourself to the buffet of breads and rolls, sliced fresh fruit, yoghurts, and the selection of cereals and fruit juices. Follow this with your choice of freshly prepared cooked food including eggs, sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and hash browns. If you're hungry, enjoy the Full Scottish Cooked Breakfast. A variety of teas and coffees are available including decaffeinated blends. We also cater for vegetarian diets, providing, for example nut cutlets and vegetarian sausages.
Your food is prepared at a time that best suits you within our serving hours. For especially early rises such as those with early departure times or specific golf tee-off times, we happily provide a continental breakfast tray in your rooms.
