The Main House
The house has 3 floors with only the guest accommodation situated on the middle floor . This helps to create a small friendly atmosphere - "a home from home" rather than that of a busy Hotel or Guest House. The house is fitted with centrally heated radiators, each with an individual thermostatic control so that you can adjust the heat to your liking. Our windows are double glazed for comfort but can be opened if you like lots of fresh North Berwick air!

The Bedrooms
The spacious bay windowed front bedroom was formerly the drawing room and contains a double bed and a single bed and if required a further single bed. It is ideal for families or can be used as a twin room and has a private bathroom.

The twin room contains two zip n link single beds which can be made in to a super king sized double bed and has a private bathroom.

The double room at the rear of the house overlooking the garden contains a double bed and has an en suite facility which was added to the house in 2008.

All bedrooms have their original fireplaces and have been decorated in a style in keeping with the age of the house.
Colour TV, hospitality tray and hair dyer are included in each room.
Towelling robes are provided in the bedrooms which have a private bathroom.

The Bathrooms
All bathrooms have thermostatically controlled power showers, shaver points, extractor fans and halogen down-lighters.
