The Main House
17 rooms (6 of them bedrooms) over 3 floors, but only the double and 2 twin bedrooms on the middle floor are let out to guests. This helps to create a small friendly atmosphere
- "a home from home" rather than that of a busy Hotel or Guest House. The house is fitted with centrally heated radiators, each with an individual thermostatic control so that you can adjust the heat to your liking. Our windows are double glazed for comfort but can be opened if you like lots of fresh North Berwick air!

The Bedrooms
Each is distinguished by the colour scheme of the decor. The Green Room has a large Double bed and, if required, 2 Single beds, which allows good spacious family accommodation. The Blue and Pink Rooms are Double and Twin-bedded with new divan style beds. All are fitted with continental style duvet quilts with throws for those cooler nights.

The Bathrooms
Both bathrooms were re-built during the house refurbishment in 1999. Rather than spoil the original features of the bedrooms we chose to locate them outside but adjacent to the bedrooms. The brand new fittings installed during the refurbishment include thermostatically controlled power showers, shaver points, extractor fans and halogen down-lighters.

The Drawing Room
Located on the same floor as the bedrooms and is available for use by our guests throughout the day. It is a large room with a bay window overlooking the garden and is fitted with a "Coal - Real Flame" gas fire - nice to curl up in front of during the winter evenings.
